The
Pradasphere has officially landed, and a party was in order to welcome
the exhibition at Harrods that traces Prada’s multivalent
obsessions—from fashion and accessories to art, architecture, cinema,
sport and beyond. Of course, a host of London lovelies—all in some
measure of Prada or Miu Miu—were out in force to celebrate.
Bonnie Wright: The British actress spiked up her
blue and white colour-block Prada frock with a leather motorcycle
jacket, cobalt-embellished ankle-strap sandals and a sunny yellow
mini-bag.
Annabelle Wallis: Sweeping back her blonde locks,
Annabelle fully embraced the quirkier spirit of Prada in her bold
floral-print, button-down shirt, worn belted with black trousers,
grass-green pumps and an aqua-and-black patterned handbag. Somehow she
pulled it off.
Samantha Barks: Also in blue, the actress was adorable in a
Prada cerulean, white and black striped, off-the-shoulder dress with a
full pleated skirt, paired with black ankle-strap pumps and an
embroidered blue and cream bag. This look had girly flair without being
too saccharine.
Sophie Turner:
Letting her long flame-red locks do much of the talking, the ‘Game of
Thrones’ starlet left the rest to her yellow Miu Miu bird-patterned
frock, which continued to showcase her love of prints. The message here
was a young and fun one—even if I wasn’t crazy about the styling.
Ophelia Lovibond: The British actress took an electric approach
in a white Prada skater-style dress, slashed with bolts of black, red
and pastel yellow hues. A matching colour-block handbag, pumps and a red
lip completed her look.
Daisy Lowe: Dialling back the colour and evoking a
quieter mood, Daisy was dressed in a dove-grey Prada dress with a thin
black waistband and a draped and pleated skirt. A cropped black jacket, a
few statement bangles and black pumps finished off her refined
ensemble.
Suki Waterhouse:
Also eventually showing up to the Prada universe, the British model was
pretty in pink, donning a charming little Miu Miu embellished
micro-dress, worn with a matching coat, clutch and peep-toe kitten
heels.
Cara Delevingne: Perhaps the edgiest of the group,
the Prada-clad model flaunted her midriff in a black tube top, worn with
a striped, cropped jacket and black leather-look skinny pants.
Pradasphere at Harrods will be open from 2nd– 29th May 2014, at the world famous Knightsbridge store in London.
